Course overview

Business Strategy Training Course 

This will be written bespoke for your business requirement and aligned to the existing strategy and values of your business. The aim is to educate and challenge the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Managers of your business in the theory of an appropriate business strategy and to apply the theory directly to your business.  By the end of the course, your SLT and Managers will have an understanding of your strategy and know how to implement it.

What is the Training Course Content? 

We tailor all our courses to reflect the needs of the business together with the individual needs of each delegate.  We use a combination of theory and exercises designed to develop managerial skills. Equally, the training takes into account the existing experience of the managerial team either enhancing existing knowledge or adding new knowledge.

The content can either be the training of an existing strategy the business has in place or the implementation of a new one.

Training Course Support Material

On the day, a colour printed workbook with techniques, tips and space for notes will be available to all Managers for their personal use.
