This advocacy training course teaches the value of your staff understanding the value of your business to its customers. This will teach your employees to explain the benefits it brings through the products and services it provides and how to be an advocate and enhancer of your brand.
What you’ll learn from the advocacy training course
This course will teach delegates how to be strong advocates of their companies and brands at all times. In the modern world, having a strong brand image can make or break an organisation. There are so many new mediums to consider than there used to be, such as bad reviews on social media. Knowing how to turn bad reviews into a positive experience is just one way that your employees can protect your brand image and be strong advocates of your business.
The advocacy training course content
We start with viewing your business through the eyes of others, which is useful because it allows us to build from the ground up. Once we have established the basics, we will move on to more complex aspects of advocacy training. This includes the essential components of your business, how to identify potentially damaging material and communicate quickly and effectively when needed.
As a result, delegates will gain a broad and detailed understanding of how to be strong enhancers of their brands. By understanding their business and its core values, delegates can create a strong account of their organisation regardless of the situation they find themselves in.
The course support materials
On the day, a colour printed workbook with techniques, tips and space for notes will be available to all delegates for their personal use.
