The goal of the change management training course

The goal of this training course is to provide delegates with the skills they need to deal with organisational change, transition and transformation. As we know, since the COVID-19 pandemic there have been a lot of changes to our working lives. Adjusting to working from home has meant it’s harder to stay engaged with remote workers and has even been a cause of workplace stress.
